No, this option is only for Italian residents.
How long does it take for the Welcome Pack to be delivered?
We estimate between 30 and 40 days from the date of online enrolment or from the date of reception of the coupon in our mail box.
What special terms are available to Members and Special Members for the purchase of tickets?
All enrolled (Members and Special Members) have a dedicated ticket area during the subscription campaign and at the Olympic stadium ticket office.

How can I change my password?
Password can be changed using the mail service Juventusmember mail, click on Options, and then on the Change button, to the right of the «Change password» option.
Can I purchase a Member or Special Member card under someone else’s name?
Yes, what it is important is to have all the details of the person you wish to purchase a Membership for .
If I upgrade from Member to Special Member, will I receive the new card and PIN number at home?
No, the upgrade entitles you of all benefits and rights restricted to Special Members, but you it does not entail a new Welcome Pack.
What can I do if I forget my password?
In the pre-home page on our site, click on «forgotten password» and follow the instructions.
Can I use Outlook Express or other mail software to download the mail from @juventusmember.com?
No, mail can only be accessed through the webmail.
How can I access the English version of the site if my computer is set on Italian language?
You must go on your profile, change the language default option from Italian to English, and logout.
The following log in will be in the English version of our site. To return to Italian, proceed backwards.
Where can I find the «Subscriber's number»?
The subscriber's code is on the personalized Membership Car that is home delivered with the Welcome Pack, as well as on the profile page accessible via the button "MY PROFILE" on the site inside the welcome box, in the top right hand corner. We suggest to write down the "Subscriber's code" because it is requested when recovering a forgotten password.
